Refund Policy for Online Purchases
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and top quality products. If you are not satisfied with our products or service, please let us know. If your order has been damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we may proceed with taking remedial action.
Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept returns of books, patterns, magazines, and DVD's.
Cut goods (batting, interfacing, fabric, etc.), sale items, SewEzi acrylic table inserts, special/custom ordered items, and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Other items may be returned within 30 days at your shipping expense. They must be in original, un-opened packaging, and in new, unused condition. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a cell phone number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the costs and proper packaging of the returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the value of the item minus a 20% re-stocking fee to your original payment method. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
