I had ordered three pieces of fabric and when one of them was not enough to fill the order the store phoned me personally to ask how I wanted to deal with the order. I don't remember the last time an online store actually got in touch personally to talk about an order that could not be fulfilled as ordered. Excellent service. Thank you for that.

I came into the store to select a backing for my quilt. The staff were great in arranging a few different choices to help me make a final decision. Later that day, I placed the order online & picked it up the next day,
I bought my first quilting ruler at Along Came Quilting, and was a little nervous about buying a long quilting ruler online, but they impressed me greatly with how well they packaged the ruler for shipping. It arrived in pristine condition. I can highly recommend Along Came Quilting, and have purchased more quilting rulers from them since. Plus I love their selection of quilting fabric. I enjoy sitting at my desk with a cup of tea in hand and browsing their website. It is like a candy store for adults!:)
