Recently I shopped through the online store. I went to pick up my order in person and was looking for some other fabric as well. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful that I spent more time browsing around. I felt welcomed by the wonderful staff and the pleasant environment!
I needed just a bit more fabric to finish off my quilt. I looked at the website and the colour appeared different from what I had purchased in September, just a few months earlier. So I called the store and explained my situation the lady who answered was very helpful on the phone. So I took the chance and ordered what I thought would be the match to what I needed. When I received the fabric in a few days it was the colour just as was shown on the website. I’ll probably use the fabric for a different quilt. I’ll continue to use this store since they’re very helpful staff whenever we’re in Calgary or if it’s their website. Thanks again.
Thanks Anne. If you are ever looking for an exact match, just mail us a piece of what you need. This is the best way as monitors can differ in the colors they show. Happy sewing!

I really like the new layout of the store. Lots of fabric, lots of room to look, you do not feel crowded and good lighting.
The online just needs' a couple more search options eg. colour, and fabric type
The store was clear on their website about what I would receive and length before shipping. I was informed when it was shipped with tracking and it arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. I will definitely deal with this store again. Excellent service!!!
