Staff went out of their way to find my ordered item that was yet to be unpacked as I was in Calgary for a couple days only and live in South Eastern BC. Terry was especially helpful with my fabric purchase. I had not seen the store expansion, so many beautiful fabrics❤️

I had ordered three pieces of fabric and when one of them was not enough to fill the order the store phoned me personally to ask how I wanted to deal with the order. I don't remember the last time an online store actually got in touch personally to talk about an order that could not be fulfilled as ordered. Excellent service. Thank you for that.
