… maybe a bit too much? There’s an incredible selection of books, amazing array of fabrics … very little you can’t find. And if you need something they don’t seem to have, just send an email asking, they’ll do their level best to bring it in for you! And then there’s Sharla, who is just wonderful, and so very helpful. Many times I place my order on an evening, it’s mailed the next day and I have it the morning thereafter! That’s service for you!
My online and in-person experiences with Along Came Stitching have been nothing short of exceptional. As a novice to sewing (first machine ever for old-lady me!), my online order was preceded with a call to the store, to ensure that the products I wanted were suitable for a beginner. Kim was wonderful to chat with and, in the end, I have a variety of kits to get me started - and the order arrived in record time. Several days later, my friend and I went to the store. Talk about being impressed! A vast selection of fabrics and notions, including cross-stitching products. We came away with wonderful goodies both for sewing and cross-stitch. Customer service was, again, informative, friendly and professional. Return trips definitely on the 'must do' list!
