I am very happy with my recent order. I found that fabrics that were hard to find were available, and I was happy to use the original selections in my quilt.
I noticed a pattern on Pinterest. When I went looking specifically for the panel I found on several US sites but with shipping I tried here in Calgary and found it as well as a fat quarter bundle that would go with it. After checking prices and US conversion I was pleased to see that your price was very similar. With no shipping and possible import taxes as well as delivery time it was a more economical deal. I have not had a chance to start the project yet as it was purchased for a winter project.

Along came Quilting anticipated my needs and contacted me to clarify the order to make sure I had everything I needed to retrofit my SewEzi table for a new machine. They know their product and added in the spacers that I would need. Susan and Karen provided exceptional service. I live in the north, so Karen contacted me to explain that the free shipping covered $25 and I would need to top it up. This meant that I was aware of the extra shipping cost before they put the order through. This was a refreshing change compared to the way northerners are often dealt with for remote shipping charges. I will definitely mail order from them again.
The batik cotton fabrics and service from Along Came Quilting were great. The fabric has the saturated colors and patterns that I was looking for, for a special quilt.
