My order was packaged nicely and all 3 employees gave me pointers on how they would quilt the Starry Nights panel that I purchased. One also helped me find a shade of thread for the quilting.
I have had excellent prompt service every time I have ordered from this company.
I couldn’t believe how fast you were to fill my order and send it. Thanks
Ordered the panels several months before they were released and they are as beautiful as I anticipated. Shipping was great
On-line orders are filled correctly and quickly! Greatly appreciate the extra efforts the staff made to collect up my various orders and combine for one pick-up. The staff seem excited to help me with designing my projects.

There is no guess work when you start with Linda. Linda will always get you the correct product for your needs; all you have to do is ask. Do you have...; how many sets...; will it work with....; what is the least cost in shipping...; will it get here in time for...; etc.? I assume there is more than Linda and no matter where the work is delegated it is all top notch, fast, very attentive and flawless. If it is only Linda...Superwoman is her not so well disguised disguise (but all great people have an army (even a small army) of great people around them
Excellent communication. Prompt shipping. Would buy from again.
