SewEzi Tables (Ship within Canada only)

All shipping will be insured and may be handled by Canada Post or courier (at Along Came Quilting’s discretion).

Shipping will be by ground. If you require faster service, please let us know at the time you place your order. Please keep in mind that faster service substantially increases the shipping rate, and these additional costs will be billed to you.

Please note that Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other provincial remote locations, as well as any other locations outside a major postal hub, may incur a higher shipping rate and an additional payment request to cover this will be sent to you.

Alberta, BC, & Saskatchewan:

All Other Provinces and Territories:

  • $60 Portable Table
  • $85 Extension Table
  • $115 Grande or Serger Table

We understand these shipping rates are expensive. Please know that these rates are with the savings we get with our commercial accounts with Canada Post and courier companies.  We regularly look for any savings we can get by changing shipping platforms to try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  

If you happen to have access to a shipping account with Canada Post or a courier, we are very happy to send you the dimensions and weight of the box(es) for you to arrange and pay for the shipping.  We would then refund the shipping charges on your order to you.  

Also, Canada Post has a calculator on their website where you can enter the dimensions and weight of a shipment to find a rate.  We can provide you with the necessary details of the dimensions and weight of the shipment upon request.  Find the Canada Post walk-up parcel rate calculator here.

SewEzi Accessories

If you order additional accessories when you purchase a table, we will attempt to pack it in the same box with your table. If we can include it for the same shipping fee, we will. If we cannot include it in the box, or there is an increased shipping cost above the flat rates, then we will contact you with a payment request for the increased shipping costs.

If you order SewEzi Accessories on their own, without the purchase of a table, our regular shipping fee structure applies.

Other SewEzi Information

Orders placed may require custom cutting of the acrylic inserts for your table, causing a delay in shipping. We will contact you, keep you apprised of the status of your order, and not charge for the items until they are shipped.

While we strive to maintain inventory of products, we may run out, and experience a delay before more arrive. In this event, we will contact you and keep you apprised of the status of inventory and your order.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival for damage. Should there be damage, please see Damaged Parcels below.

Note: There are no refunds or exchanges on inserts, unless they are our error, or have manufacturing defects.

DAMAGED PARCELS

Now this is distressing! Please take clear, large photos of the packaging and the items immediately upon receipt (no later than 1 week of arrival as we cannot claim damage through our shipping company without prompt action on your part). Please retain and do not discard any packaging until the claim is settled. Email the photos to us at askus@alongcamequilting.com. It is the responsibility of the delivery service used to cover costs, and we will contact both you and them for resolution of the matter.

Please note that without evidence of packaging damage, the carrier may not cover damages and recourse cannot be taken.  Further, without the packaging, we may not be able to have the damaged items returned to us should we request them to be.  It is your responsibility to keep all boxes, packing materials, plastic wraps, etc. until the matter is settled. 

Without evidence and the packaging to return items, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for damaged goods.
