Great service and a great selection of material and rulers
This store is a husband’s nightmare! It has the best selection of material, tools and the friendliest service staff of anywhere else I have been. It is one of my favourite destinations in my quilting and crafting outings.
I have been shopping online for many years. Each time it was an excellent experience. They helped me choose and match colours perfectly sending emails showing the fabric choices. Their ideas and colours were perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to shop online. Refunds were done without question.
I love the selection of fabrics and how the website is laid out. There are very helpful features that make this store stand out. For example if you are looking at pre-cuts and would rather not buy the whole bundle, there is often a link provided, so that you can look at yardage for that collection (maybe you only want a fat quarter of 2 or 3 fabrics, rather than a big bundle). Also when you are looking at yardage, it also gives you a choice of buying a fat quarter. All these are very helpful features that make a difference. Thank-you !
Excellent service, product was damaged but scrape (dent) was covered by sewing machine, didn’t want the hassle of returning item.

This is my favourite quilt store ever! I initially ordered stuff on line, and was impressed by the prompt service. Then I visited the store on a trip to Calgary, and fell in love with the wide variety of fabrics on display, and the fantastic, friendly service. My go-to quilt store now!
