I have been shopping here for a few years now pretty much exclusively. It's my go to for all my quilting needs. The staff are so lovely and helpful.
I placed an online order for shipping to a different city. The service was super fast! Communication with this company was exceptional! Even though it was an online order there was communication through other sources including a little hand-written note on the receipt and a lovely Thank You sticker. This was almost as nice as talking to the wonderful people in person!
