In desperation to find additional fabric from the Northcott Sacred Earth product line to complete a project, I found just what I needed on line at your store in Alberta. Voila! It showed up in my mailbox in Ontario 8 days later despite there being New Years' Day holiday in the midst. It was extremely well wrapped in a sturdy zip lock bag inside a gorgeous, patterned plastic mailing bag. The hand written note on the invoice as well as the business card artfully attached with a Canadian sticker on the inside bag made my parcel all the more appealing. Even my husband commented, "Very impressive!" Bravo for excellent service!
