I am very happy with your shop, the order was delivered in excellent time (I know that has more to do with Canada Post than with you, but I am always thrilled when an order comes quickly!) and was packaged beautifully, the fabric was beautifully folded and just looked like someone had pressed it just before sending it. I was also extremely happy to see that you accept orders for as small a cut as .3metre, even on your sale fabrics. Many shops won't cut anything smaller than .5metre, and often won't send anything less than a full metre on sale fabrics.
My only surprise was that a few of the fabrics I ordered were much different in the scale of the print than I had assumed based on the photos. They are still quite lovely and usable, just perhaps not in the way I had envisioned. Could I make a suggestion that you include a photo of the fabric next to a ruler so that the purchaser could see accurately what the scale of the print is? Maybe in the case of striped fabric you could include in the description what the width of the stripe is.
However all in all I am pleased with my order and with the service I get from your shop, including the ease of your tracking. Count me as a customer sure to return.

Excellent service, however it did take over a week to arrive by post within the province.
So happy you are pleased with the service! Yes, we sent this by lettermail per your request. There is no tracking or standard delivery requirements with lettermail. I'm afraid we have no control over it. If it was sent by parcel, you would likely have received it in 1-2 days. Hopefully, your next order with us reaches you sooner. 😊
