Your magazine went out on January 21st by letter mail. You are not the only person we've heard that is experiencing delays with receiving their letter mail. I think that Canada Post may still be playing catch up with the letter mail, as personally we are still getting old mail from during the strike in November/December.
Unfortunately, unlike parcels, we cannot track it. I hope it arrives this week for you. 😀 Linda
I ordered the measuring tool online. I was notified within a day it was in the store and ready to pickup. It was waiting for me when I went in a few days later. Nice friendly people.
